Seamless Integration Method

Decide which type of Web server you have ASP or PHP.
Decide if you want a full online application (4 steps) or a lead capture form (single step).
Copy either the ASP or PHP code and place code on your site where you want the form to appear.
If using the single step method please verify a custom thank you page to redirect visitors to after completing the 1st step. The Thankyou page must be in this format http://www.site.com/thankyou.html
