I lost 60 pounds the first 6 months on Atkins. I agree with most of what you say except for the diet soda. I have drank diet soda since age 15 and continue to drink it to this day. I think it depends on a persons metabolism whether or not something makes them gain or not.

Also I do eat the BK stacker no bun or the sauce and a side salad. No gains at all. Taco bell meat is a powdered meat that is mixed with hot water. It contains fillers with the meat.

re: Avoid These 7 Danger Foods and Slay “The Freshman 15”

crap. i can hog out on some mashed potatoes and gravy. i'm going to eat a bunch for lunch today. and then later, i'm going to get an extra long cheese coney with onions and a chocolate shake at sonic. then for a late night snack, i'm going to have some freshly made doughnuts from the great american doughnut shop. they must smother those things in crack because they're freakin awesome. and to make it perfect, right before bed i will top it off with a large chocolate milk. yuuumm!

re: Avoid These 7 Danger Foods and Slay “The Freshman 15”

what about beer??

re: Avoid These 7 Danger Foods and Slay “The Freshman 15”

Emily is totally right.
