AFSCME-Earnest Miller Memorial Scholarship
Annual awards for minority graduating seniors from T.C. Williams High School (VA) who will be enrolling in full-time postsecondary studies. Selection based on academic achievement (minimum 2.0 GPA), participation in school and community activities, leadership abilities, and work experience. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable; but recipients are encouraged to reapply and compete annually.
