Clark-Phelps Scholarship Fund
Annual awards for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the Oregon Health Sciences University majoring in Medicine, Dentistry, or Nursing. Preference will be given to students who graduated from an Oregon or Alaska high school. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, have financial need, file the FAFSA, and be full-time students. Nonrenewable. Award amount, due date, and number of awards vary.
