Heather Bird Memorial Scholarship
Annual awards for undergraduate students who are Vincennes Township Fire Department active members (minimum one year of service) or the spouse or child of an active member. Children of active members must be graduating high school seniors. Applicants must have a minimum "C" average upon high school graduation or completion of GED program. Selection is based on the number and types of certifications achieved throught the fire department, involvement in community service, and student's essay. Number of awards may vary.
