Educational Scholarships
Annual awards for graduating high school seniors or GED recipients planning to attending a college, university, trade school or vocational training program. Selection is based on the ability and aptitude for serious study, community service, leadership, financial need and achievement with Morgan horses. Consideration is given to one or more of the following: Completed or are involved in the American Morgan Horse Association (AMHA) Horsemastership Program; involved in a 4H/FFA program; have won a USA Equestrian (formerly AHSA) and/or AMHA Medal for equitation; have placed in the top two in the junior division or the top four in the adult division of an open competition program. A recent photograph appropriate for publicity must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
