Annual awards for Maryland residents who are high school juniors planning to attend full-time at a postsecondary institution in Maryland. Students must have a minimum 3.7 GPA and parents must be Maryland residents if students are dependents. Applicants must demonstrate talent in visual art, instrumental music, vocal music, dance, or drama. An audition is required. Due date and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
