Our credit department got paid a very a nice compliment by a Financial Aid Office. The school was Mount Union College in Ohio and the woman’s name is Dawn.

Dawn said that she worked with a gentleman she was trying to get a PLUS loan for through their preferred lenders. Every lender denied the gentleman and there was no resolution.

She said that the man was near tears when she talked to him at first but was happy he found us. Now, we are working on resolving his credit in order for him to get the PLUS loan. We are going beyond any other lender for this gentlemen and it has made quite the impression on this Financial Aid Office.

I thought it was important to share that with you. Good job Credit Team!
